- Led business analysis across sales, customers and marketing, using SQL, Excel and Power BI.
- Presented weekly, monthly and annual reports to senior stakeholders on sales, customer retention, marketing performance and in-store marketing.
- Built Power BI dashboards and produced daily sales and profitability reports from the company database.
- Designed marketing materials and led a five-person marketing and design team.
- Managed logistics for IT equipment and POS hardware, and provided network, hardware and software support.
